We have a team of highly experienced tutors who are specialists in their content area, starting with Diana Lipps, founder and owner of Diana Lipps Learning.

Diana Lipps — A graduate of Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Diana Lipps enjoyed a long writing career in media, government, and a major U.S. corporation. For almost ten years, she has tutored many subjects, specializing in reading comprehension, writing, and history. Her students range in age from second grade through graduate school. Diana works with typical students as well as those with special needs. Usually, Diana works one-on-one with students, but since 2020, she has offered small group classes focusing on reading, writing excellent essays, and world and U.S. history.

Holly Poteete - An experienced educator with over 30 years of teaching across the U.S.A., New Zealand, and the UAE. A published author of three ISTE books, online courses, and various educational curricula, Holly excels in crafting individualized student programs. She holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University, a current teaching certificate, a preschool certificate, and technical certifications from Apple, Google, and Common Sense Media. https://www.linkedin.com/in/hollypoteete/

Anne Modro - College Prep Writing Class — Anne is an adjunct professor of English Composition and Research Writing at Geneva College near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She also tutors international students in English, history, and logic. Her previous experience includes working in college admissions and teaching English in China. Anne holds a B.A. in English Literature from Geneva College and an M.A. in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from Cornerstone University.

Ethan Hastings - A graduate of Columbia University, Ethan holds a degree in Economics and Philosophy. He has experience tutoring multiple subjects, most frequently math from the elementary school level through calculus and PSAT/ACT/SAT preparation. A tutor for nearly seven years, Ethan works with students of all grades and abilities, successfully diagnosing problems and providing clear explanations so that his students thrive.
